Join Simply Yoga for Beginners with Cris Buri on Tuesday nights.

This on-going course will give you an introduction to some of the fundamental yoga poses. We will focus on healthy alignment and breathing. Introduction to effective relaxation techniques will also be given. A new theme will be introduced every 4 weeks but you are free to join any date.

These classes are for you if you want to improve your posture and breathing; increase strength and mobility, while gaining a greater ability to feel calm even under stress. A commitment of at least 4 weeks is essential (discount for special cases are available, please contact us).
