Find Your Fire

Why private classes?

1-2-1 sessions tailored to your needs are the perfect opportunity to truly connect yourself with the deepest aspects of your body-mind, maximise your potential and focus on what's important for you: at your own pace!

The classes take place in the comfort of your own place, workspace or gym.

Private classes are perfect for those of you who:

  • have a busy schedule

  • want to work slower or more intensely and dynamically

  • want to improve coordination, balance and strength using your own bodyweight

  • need to rest and relax your body and mind after long hours at work

  • requires closer attention to detail than the group class can offer

  • are self-conscious about practising in front of other people

  • would like to explore different areas of yoga practice: postures, meditation, breathing exercises, chanting, etc.

  • are interested in developing a safe, effective home practice

The classes can be either:

  • Slow, gentle, beginners yoga (more attention on body posture/alignment)

  • Restorative yoga to rest and reset the body

  • Dynamic, intense yoga (more attention to strengthen and shape the body)

  • Traditional Yoga (more attention to breath, chanting and meditation)

  • Yoga for releasing physical stress responses

Semi-private classes:

Do you have a group of friends, corporate employees or family members who would like to schedule a session together? Perfect, we can practise at your workplace or home!

These sessions are limited to 4 students and are the ideal setting to deepen your practice with a focus on alignment principles, strength, flexibility, coordination and more.

How much experience in Yoga should I have before taking a private class?

NONE! 1-2-1 sessions are tailored designed to work with your abilities, no matter your level of experience.

Why people should practice Yoga?

The reasons to practise are numerous, here are just a few:

  • To improve or maintain their physical, emotional or mental health

  • To increase flexibility and joint range of motion

  • To improve posture, balance and awareness

  • To improve their self-confidence and their relationships with others

  • To improve their performance in a particular sport: Yoga can be used as mental or physical preparation, a way to strengthen a particular part of the body or relieve over-strained muscles

  • To nourish joints, fascia and intervertebral discs

  • To increase or regain their everyday happiness and emotional stability

If you don’t have a particular problem, Yoga can simply be a great way to start the day with an energetic practice or to wind down in the evening with a more relaxing session. Its practice allows you to steadily gain discipline, strength and self-control while cultivating relaxation, awareness and equanimity.

Private 1-2-1s are available by appointment only.
